Conference software,
run by people who've
worked the desk.
Registration, badges, check-in, sessions, presentations, evaluations and exhibitor leads in one place. Built by the team that staffs registration desks and speaker ready rooms, and run onsite by crew trained on every module.
Keeps working offline
The check-in desk keeps the attendee list on the device. When the venue Wi-Fi drops, the line keeps moving and everything syncs when the connection is back.
One record per person
A member, a speaker and an exhibitor contact can be the same person. Each person keeps one record across all your events, and the records stay yours.
Software and crew together
The crew who run it onsite come from the same team, so there's no hand-off between the software company and the staffing company.
Modules
Pick the parts your event needs.
Each event turns on only the modules it uses. Every module comes with a short guide, and onsite crew only run a module after passing its ATTEND Academy course.
Registration
Public sign-up page, categories (attendee, speaker, exhibitor, press, staff), CSV import from your existing list, and a confirmation email with a QR code.
Badges & check-in
Print badges in common sizes, check people in with a camera or scanner, and add walk-ins at the desk, even with no internet.
Sessions & attendance
A structured programme with rooms, tracks and speakers. Track who attended which session, for room planning and credit.
Presentations & ePosters
Speakers upload slides ahead of time (HTML, PowerPoint or PDF). The speaker ready room checks every deck, and presentations still play in the room when the internet drops.
Evaluations & CME/CE
Session and event evaluations, attendance evidence and certificates, issued on behalf of your accredited provider and following its rules.
Polling & live Q&A
Live votes and audience questions on attendees' phones, with a moderator view for the chair.
Exhibitor leads
Exhibitors scan badges at their booth. Contact details are shared only when the attendee has agreed to it.
Livestream & recording
Stream sessions straight from the AV setup, record every room, and add captions to the recordings.
Members, mailings & exhibit sales
Association memberships and member pricing, mailings to the right group of people, and booth sales with extras.
Onsite
The people at the desk know the software.
ATTEND already staffs registration desks and speaker ready rooms at corporate, medical and scientific conferences. ATTEND Conferences is the software we always wanted on those desks.
Certified per module
Crew complete an ATTEND Academy course and quiz for each module before they're allowed to run it at your event.
One call, not three
Software, registration staff and speaker ready room staff come from one team that works alongside your AV company and venue.
Built for a bad day
Desks that keep checking people in offline, presentations stored on the room computer, and a plan for when the power or internet goes.
How a pilot works
Start with one event.
A pilot starts with registration, badges and check-in. After that we add the modules your event needs, in the order you need them.
Talk it through
Tell us about the event: size, dates, what you use today and what keeps going wrong.
Set it up together
We bring in your attendee list and programme, set up your registration page and badge layout, and test it with your team.
Run it onsite
ATTEND crew run the desks with your team, using the same software you planned with.
Look back
Attendance and check-in numbers, exports, and an honest review of what to change for next time.
Your data
Your attendees stay yours.
Contacts, registrations and attendance belong to the organiser. We process them on your behalf, and you can export them at any time.
Exhibitors get contact details only from attendees who agreed to share them. Anyone who says no is never shared.
Attendees open their badge, agenda and certificates from a personal link. There's no account for them to create or forget.
ATTEND doesn't award CME/CE credit. We collect the evidence and produce certificates for your accredited provider, following its rules.
Pilot events
Have an event coming up?
We're choosing a small number of pilot events. Pilots are a good fit if you have:
- an association meeting, medical congress or corporate conference
- onsite registration and badge printing
- an organising team willing to tell us what isn't working
